The existing production floor was in incredible poor condition. Prior to our application of Aralux™ PMA flooring system, the entire floor area was alkali washed and flushed with fresh water.
Preparation of the substrate was done by means of a three phase scrabbling machine.
The Aralux™ PMA flooring system met all the necessary standards for this project including hygiene, non-slip, chemical resistance, and durability.
The project was successfully completed in only two days.
All of our equipment and materials were sourced from our office Perth, Western Australia.
